Jack starts losing him, coming to in places he can't remember going to and with wounds he doesn't remember. He's losing his mind piece by piece and the only constant thing seems to be Atlas. Meanwhile Atlas is using WYKs to ensure that the only thing Jack can trust is the voice on the radio.

Jack finally gets topside and starts a life with all his new little sisters. But it's not so easy to get over such a mental re-wiring so quickly. He feels like he's missing a part of himself and he ends up trying to fill that hole with rough men in dark bars. He thinks of Atlas and how it hurt and he hates himself when it's over.

something like that. Fontaine impersonating completely legit irish/revolutionary Atlas, and basically stealing his identity and army and everything and rubbing it in his face.

Fontaine has been killed at the shoot out. Andrew Ryan usually keeps himself far away from the actual danger but somehow he has gotten himself in a situation and his life is threatened - maybe he attended the sinking of Fontaine's mall thing personally out of sentiment and gets mixed up with some of Fontaine's splicers and Sullivan and his men can't help for whatever reason (they were taken out, not there, Andrew Ryan wanted some alone time to savor his victory/lament the necessary loss of his secret love). Atlas makes his first appearance, and it's to rescue Ryan. Eventually he wants him dead but not by the hands of anyone other than himself, it has to be perfect, crazy things etc. So Ryan is dazzled by this mysterious Dublin knight in shining armor who rescues him and sweeps him off his feet for a moment of fantasy and romance.

And after the mysterious man disappears, Ryan wondering who he is and how he might find him again, the Atlas-led revolt starts and Ryan learns that his savior is his new enemy.

Just something involving jack wearing panties instead of men's underwear. Who dressed him? Would prefer a more heavyset/muscular jack but the slender version of jack would work too.

When Diane first goes to meet Atlas and join his cause, he needs to make sure she isn't carrying any weapons or wires. Absolutely sure. (Bonus points if his henchmen are in the same room.)

After Frank neutralizes Jack as a threat to his Rapturous supremacy he actually becomes a little fond of the kid. There's somethin' real sweet and docile about him when he's like this and sometimes he can't help but treat him nice.
