Jack is dealing with "Atlas" betraying him, only for the real Atlas to help him out somehow (maybe during Code Yellow?) to try and regain his trust. Sex ensues because that man has a sexy voice.
Really, I just want some fix-it fic with Jack getting it on with Atlas or Fontaine (or both?) somehow...
